What a ring!!!
It all started on December 27 2003 (my birthday), I woke up and was ready to go down to my parents and noticed that a diamond was missing from my ring, I was so irritated! So I took it back and told them and they of course sent it off and got a NEW diamond put in (My ring has/had an invisible setting). Lets see..... at least I went through this 5 more times until I finally told the store that my husband and I were not pleased and wanted something done about this. So about a month later (which would have been yesterday) I got my ring back and instead of an invisible setting it has a 1/2 carrot diamond in the middle. WOW what some great customer service, unfortunatly it took them that long and that many diamonds to realize my ring was definitely defective!! I really can not tell the diference except I know my ring is worth a lot more now and it still is VERY pretty! ( I will post a pic later!)

that is great they finally set you up. im so confused, when did i leave you and stand you up, i am so sorry, i must really be dumb cause i don't remember this, again im sorry though.
I'm glad it's FINALLY fixed. That really was ridiculous. I'm glad they finally realized you had a defect.
