ImaGinaTioN MakEs Mom GO CrAZy
O.k. so Tailor and I were driving home tonight just trying to dodge cars in Smithfield (what a crazy site, what in the heck can they be doing now?). Anyways were our of Smithfield (FINALLY) and Tailor was imagining that she had some baby birds in her hand, she kept handing one by one over to me to hold and she told he they were sick. So hear I am cupping my hand for each little bird she was handing over to me making sure they would not fall out (Yes we were pretending and I was making sure they don't fall out of my hand), so Tailor wanted to keep handing me more birds and then she wanted me to hold a piece of paper, I started getting frustrated because in my mind I thought "how am I going to hold ALL of these birds and a piece of paper in my hand with out dropping any of them". SO I finally got irritated at her and threw the birds on the seat and told her I could not hold them any more. (O My Heck can we say REALITY CHECk!) After I did that I thought to myself, " this is a game not real life", I did loose it for a moment and then I collected myself and went on with our drive and her little imaginary birds. Let me tell ya after a LONG day at work and a 2 1/2 year old talking non stop for a 30 min. on our drive home can be a little irritating at times. But I miss her when I am not with her and I wish for a little bit more peice and quiet when I am with her, so I try to get a little piece and quiet at work and prepare myself for the LONG drive home.

Next time you'll have to pretend the birds are even smaller, or your hand is much bigger:)
That is a fuuny story. I'm the same sometimes Allie's non-stop talking is just too much. ps the roads in smithfield: they are just doing the final top layer and then it will be done. :)
LOL! I can just see this playing out. How funny. Maybe imagine a bird cage next time you're driving :)
That is such a cute story. Next time you will have to use the "oh, the birds are tired, we better be quiet and let them sleep" excuse. I love kids they crack me up!
